Citroen has been shocking the world with its unique and innovative car designs for many decades. The first large car manufacturer to emerge outside the United States, Citroen's high quality cars and distinctive look has earned its cars a loyal following.

In this decade alone, three Citroen models have made podium finishes at the European Car of the Year Awards – the Citroen C3, the Citroen C4 and the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso.

Citroen offers the C4 Coupe and C4 Hatchback in the small family car class, both of which offer a good mix of size, power and style, and include some excellent extra features. The popular Picasso range, including the C3, Xsara and C4 models, are Citroen's contribution to the MPV market.

The Citroen C5 has received multiple Car of the Year awards in Ireland making it one of the top choices of family saloon. It is noted for its comfort, power and its surprisingly low emissions, making it cheap to run.

In the face of increased pressure from car manufacturers in the US and Asia, Citroen has held its own in a tough environment. It continues to produce quality vehicles and no doubt that extra bit of French flair continues to attract customers.
